Points are the currency of RewardTV. Use Points to buy entries to our Sweepstakes, bid on prizes in our Auctions, or buy gift certificates to selected merchants in our Shopping Sprees. Points are not transferable, substitutable for, or convertible into United States dollars nor the legal tender or currency of any other nation, state, or political entity.

You can earn Points by playing RewardTV Games. You can also earn Bonus Points by completing Bonus Surveys or inviting a friend to join RewardTV.

Sweepstakes - Use your Points to buy sweepstakes entries for a chance to win prizes.

Auctions - Use your Points to bid on prizes.

Shopping Sprees - Twice a week, you can redeem your Points for gift certificates to selected merchants. Be sure to arrive as soon as the Shopping Spree begins because prizes are limited.

In general, Points expire at the end of the calendar year following the year they were earned. For example, Points earned on April 1, 2006 will expire on December 31, 2007. Also if there is no activity on your account for 6 months, your Points will expire at the end of that six-month period.

Here are the complete details on how Points expire:

• a) Points Earned Prior to December 31, 2001: Except as set forth in subsections (c) and (d) below, all Points earned prior to December 31, 2001 will expire on December 31, 2002.
• b) Points Earned On or After December 31, 2001: Except as set forth in subsections (c) and (d) below, Points earned on or after December 31, 2001 expire at the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which they are earned (e.g. Points earned on April 1, 2002 will expire on December 31, 2003).
• c) Inactivity:Points in Accounts with no earning or redemption activity for at least six (6) consecutive calendar months will expire at the end of that six-month period.
• d) Special RewardTV Games: Special RewardTV Games on the site may offer Points with separate and specific expiration dates that will be explicitly stated in the official rules of such RewardTV Games.

Expired Points will be deducted from your Account. No refunds or extensions will be given for Points which have expired, except as listed above.
