How do Shopping Sprees work?

Twice a week, you can redeem your Points for gift certificates to 3 selected merchants. Be sure to arrive as soon as the Shopping Spree begins because quantities are limited and prizes are on a first-come-first-serve basis! Click here for information on our upcoming Shopping Sprees.



Note that while we have a long list of participating brands, for each Shopping Spree, you can only redeem your Points for one of 3 selected brands. We offer different prizes for each spree. Check the schedule for which brands will be available in upcoming Shopping Sprees.

How do I participate in the Shopping Spree?

Visit the Shopping Spree homepage to find the exact date and time of the next Shopping Spree. To participate, you must arrive at the Shopping Spree page at the scheduled date and time. If you have enough Points in your account for the desired redemption, click on the prize and follow the instructions. Remember -- Shopping Spree prizes are offered on a first-come-first-serve basis and go very quickly!

When do Shopping Sprees occur?

Shopping Sprees occur twice a week, at a pre-determined day and time. Please check the Schedule for the next Shopping Spree.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can redeem?

There is a limit of one prize per member per Shopping Spree.

Why does it tell me "Sorry, another RewardTV member is in the process of claiming this reward."?

You may encounter this response due to the high amount of traffic the Shopping Sprees receive. Please press your browser's back button and try again.

What do I do if I live outside the Eastern Time zone?

If you live in a time zone different from ET, you must arrive at the site earlier than the stated time. For instance, if you are located in the Central Time Zone, you must arrive at the Shopping Spree site one hour earlier than the stated time.

Why don't the "Buy Now" buttons appear at the scheduled start time?

If you arrive at the Shopping Spree page earlier than the scheduled time, you must refresh your browser for the "Buy Now" buttons to appear.
