How do I edit my account information?

Visit the My Account section and click on the View or Edit Your Member Profile link.

Before you can view or change your Member Profile, you will need to login again.

On this page, you can

change your password
change your email address (you will be required to activate your new email address)
change your home address and phone number
subscribe to the RewardTV newsletter and special offers
select whether you would like to be notified by email if you are outbid on an auction
change your connection speed
download Macromedia Flash Player - (some parts of our site are best viewed with Flash)

Where can I download the Flash 8 player?

The Flash player can be downloaded from the Macromedia site at www.macromedia.com

Where can I view a statement of my account activity?

Click here to see a statement of your account activity. You can get to this page by visiting the My Account section and clicking on the View Points Earned link at the top right corner of the page.

What does "Points Available" represent?

"Points Available" represents the total number of Points in your account, except for any Points currently on hold in live auction bids. If you do not win an auction, the Points on hold will be returned to your account.

What does "Points Earned Today" represent?

"Points Earned Today" represents the total number of Points you have earned during the current day by completing TV Trivia Games and taking Surveys. It does not include any deductions from your account for the redemption of Auctions, Shopping Sprees or Points used to enter Sweepstakes.

What does "Points Held for Auction" represent?

"Points Held for Auction" represents the number of Points you are currently bidding on auctions. Once an auction is over, if you are not the winner, the Points you have bid will be returned to your account.

How do I unsubscribe to RewardTV weekly newsletters and special offers?

Click here to visit the Member Profile page, where you can unsubscribe from the RewardTV newsletter. Towards the bottom of the page, un-check the box under "E-mail notification".
